    Spring Forward 2012 Time Change


     Tonight I will fool the rhythm I have become accustomed to by setting the clock forward one hour. How fast an hour can go by during our active time yet I know my sense of time is going to be thrown off for about a week with the time change. It reminds me how intricately we are all connected to our global home and it's source of light the sun.
    My practice this week is going to be focused on light in my heart and patience as my body adjusts to the change in rhythm.
