We have "let go" of the west wall creating more space and light in the studio and doubled the size of our suspended floor; ahh the joints are happy! Gratefully students and teachers have volunteered their time and effort in this project in manual work and accomodation of the temporary changes.

The fall 2011 schedule is starting this Saturday, September 17. In addition to our ongoing 9:00 a.m. & 5:30 p.m. yoga classes, pilates, zumba and a new series of Argentine Tango, Adult Belly Dance & Hula; we will be offering early morning yoga,chair yoga, more hatha II & vinyasa flow classes, and meditation classes*.

Come on by and share a cup of tea,conversation and enjoy a class with one of our instructors. * thursday 7:30-8:30 p.m. September 15 - October 20th/ 6 week series meditation class; practices of concentration, contemplation, meditation and realization led by Aziza

We hope you will visit us if you are on South Padre Island this Labor Day weekend and help us celebrate our expanded space. In gratitude for our students we have increased our space 100%; along with the expansion we have also increased the size of our infamous sprung wood floor, a gift from Kevin.
